PROCESS FLOW
QUALITY INSPECTION
Check the frames immediately after the molding process to identify any visible defects, such as molding irregularities, flash (excess material), or deformities. This step helps catch issues early in the production process.
POLISHING
Frames are inspected for any molding imperfections, rough edges, or excess material that needs to be addressed during the polishing process.The polishing process for plastic sunglasses frames involves refining the surface of the frames to enhance their appearance, smoothness, and comfort.
PRINTING
Customers submit their custom designs, which can range from intricate patterns, logos, or graphics to be printed on the eyeglasses.The printed eyeglasses undergo a thorough quality inspection to check for color consistency, alignment accuracy, and overall print quality.
ASSEMBLY
The frame, temples, and hinges are prepared for assembly by inspecting for defects, ensuring cleanliness, and organizing components. Screws are tightened securely without over-tightening to avoid damage.Each lens is inspected for clarity, optical quality, and absence of defects, checking size and shape for frame compatibility. Careful precision is applied during lens insertion to securely position and align them within the frame.
SHIPPING
The assembled sunglasses are cleaned to remove any fingerprints, dust, or residue.Once the glasses pass the final inspection, they are carefully packaged, often with a protective case and a cleaning cloth. Packaging may also include informational materials and product documentation.
